About NorthBlue

The guest experience layer for hotels.

Hotels used to hand guests a binder of brochures. NorthBlue replaces it with a branded guest site the hotel controls, curated local experiences, and a single booking engine underneath. We are building it in San Francisco, with San Francisco hotels.

Who it is for

Three sides, one product.

Guests

Scan a code in the room and the city opens: curated experiences, guest-only rates, and a concierge that knows the neighbourhood. Nothing to download.

Hotels

A guest site that looks like the property, not a marketplace. The hotel chooses what is offered, in what order, at what price, from one dashboard.

Sellers

Tour operators, rental shops, museums and venues reach travellers already in the city, with real inventory and no oversold seats.

How we work

What we believe about a good stay.

  • Curated, not comprehensiveA guest site carries only what the hotel approves. That is the whole point — a directory already exists, and it is called the internet.
  • One city, done properlyWe are launching in San Francisco with real hotels and real operators before going anywhere else. Depth first, then the next city.
  • The booking is the ticketOne engine underneath every product: bike rentals, timed museum entry, shuttles that only charge if they run. Guests pay by card and get a confirmation that works at the door.
  • Money moves honestlyStripe takes the card. Operators are paid for what they deliver. Refunds and cancellations follow the rules the operator published, not ours.
