What we collect

When you book an experience, we collect:

• Your name and email — to confirm the booking and send you your ticket.
• Your booking details — the experience, date, tickets and amount.
• An optional note — only if you write one for the operator.

If you use the concierge chat, we keep the conversation so it stays useful across messages. Chat sessions are deleted automatically after a period of inactivity.

Card details

We never see your full card number. Payments go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We store only a reference to the payment so we can confirm your booking and handle refunds.

Who we share it with

• The operator running your experience — your name, booking details and any note, so they can serve you.
• The hotel you booked through — so their desk can help you with your booking.
• Stripe — to take payment.
• Our email provider — to send your confirmation.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and there is nothing to accept or decline. Browsing a hotel’s guest site sets none of our own. Hotels and operators who sign in to the dashboard get a session cookie that keeps them signed in, and one that remembers a display preference. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout to help detect fraud.

Your booking link

Your confirmation contains a private link to your booking. Anyone with that link can view the booking, so treat it like a ticket and avoid posting it publicly.

How long we keep it

Bookings are kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet accounting obligations. Chat sessions are purged after inactivity. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights. To make a request, contact us.

Some information must be kept even after a deletion request — for example a record of a payment, which we are required to retain.
